Who Am I? is a coaching session from the series of courses on personality and human relations called “PRH,” led by Sister Christina Aziz.

The aim of Who Am I? is to help individuals:
– Gain a better understanding of themselves.
– Identify their main aspirations for personal growth.
– Clarify the necessary conditions for personal development and self-appreciation.
– Enhance inner resilience and embrace life’s challenges more effectively.

About the PRH (Personality and Human Relation) school:
The PRH school of thought was founded by Andrea Roche in France in 1970. It offers a unique educational approach that enables individuals to discover and observe their own personal growth processes. This school’s method incorporates principles from human psychology and is rooted in a dynamic and positive vision that recognizes and harnesses each person’s inherent capacities, regardless of their circumstances, history, or difficulties.

Since its establishment, the PRH school and its educational methods have expanded to more than 30 countries, including Egypt since 1980. The school continuously evolves and adapts to societal changes.

Leading the course is Sister Christina Aziz, a member of the Egyptian Sisters of the Sacred Heart and a prominent figure in PRH in Egypt.

This course is designed for individuals seeking self-discovery and personal empowerment.

– Wednesday, October 4: 3:00 pm – 9:30 pm
– Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, October 5-7: 10:00 am – 8:00 pm
