The International Women’s Day is a significant moment in March. This month provides an opportunity to celebrate and express gratitude to all women who contributed and continue to contribute with their achievements to make changes in various fields. 

Celebrating Women’s Day is a recognition and affirmation of their pioneering and leading role in building and developing the society. We believe in the importance of the women’s role in the society and we do support it, so we prepared this workshop to enrich the women’s leadership skills. 

This workshop aims to explore:

• Leadership concepts.
• The difference between leadership and management.
• Leadership theories.
• Formation and encouragement of teamwork.
• Empowerment and Delegation.
• Leadership personality type.

About the facilitator: Mr. Joseph Makar

• Master degree in business administration from the United States of America
• Professional certificate in human resources (PHR) from the American Society of Human Resources (SHRM).
• Participated in many specialised training programs in leadership, management and professional business behaviour in Egypt and abroad.
• Fifteen years of experience in leadership and HR including more than six years experience in management and leadership.
