This month, we invite you at the Jesuit Cinema Club to continue the screening of the films of the Between Reality and Fiction program, which has started in July 2023.

Films are coordinated and presented by Ms. Christine Soliman

In 2019, Ms. Christine Soliman obtained a Master’s in cultural development for African countries from Senghor University. The international Francophone worked in several fields, including cultural administration. She is also the founder of “Yalla N3ady Alexandria” project for community development through cinema and fiction. She specialized in writing proposals for artistic and cultural projects for funding grants, as well as translation, archiving and documentary photography.

The film is directed and written by Dorota Kobiela and Hugh Welchman.

The film is a biography of the painter Vincent van Gogh, in particular, it focuses on the circumstances of his death. It is the first fully animated feature film.

Attendance is open to the public without registration or prior reservation.
