aht Raglina / Underneath our Feet is a dance theater piece about the resilience of women
in Egypt. It uses storytelling through dance and text ( in Egyptian Arabic ). After a pilot performance in December 2023 during Contemporary Dance Nights 2023 , the team went back into creation in September-October 2024. The project started with the life stories of the dancers themselves, but has grown to envelop the memories and experiences of a larger and more diverse group of women. These stories were collected through interviews and research.

Event Details:

 Smoking is strictly prohibited.
 No food or beverages of any kind are allowed.
 All personal belongings will be inspected upon entry.
 The venue is not responsible for any lost personal belongings of any kind.
 Free entry with priority given to those present until the theater reaches full capacity.
