This event centers around the newly released book by Dr. Nabil Al-Qot, which presents a genuine call for empowering girls and women to reclaim their psychological energy, live freely and independently, make confident life decisions, and actively contribute to their environment. The Psychological World of Women is a step toward better mental health and personal well-being.

Dr. Nabil Al-Qot
Dr. Nabil Al-Qot is a consultant in psychiatry. He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, Mansoura University, and has been working in the field of psychiatry since 1990. He holds a master’s degree in neuropsychiatric diseases from Cairo University and a doctorate in medical studies for children from Ain Shams University.
He established and led the addiction unit at Al-Rakhawy Hospital in 1998. Dr. Al-Qot is a board member of the Egyptian Association for Group Therapies and the Association of Evolutionary Psychiatry.
He has also contributed as a supervisor, writer, and actor in TV series like Under Control and Free Fall, and supervised Above Suspicion. He has written numerous articles for various newspapers and magazines.
