The Language of Connection & Dialogue
What truly moves within us in our relationships with others?
How can we communicate without self-blame?
An interactive workshop as part of the Meccano program 😎 (for youth up to 35 years old)
In every interaction we have, there’s an ongoing internal dialogue…
Part of us explains, part defends, part fears rejection, and part blames or retreats.
In this workshop, we’ll explore together:
How to listen to our inner voices and understand their different roles
Why we sometimes blame/accuse instead of expressing needs
How to create a safe internal space for dialogue (not conflict) with ourselves and others
How to reassemble our “Meccano” – piece by piece – to build more authentic, deeper connections
We’ll use tools from Internal Family Systems theory and expressive, interactive exercises to reconnect with ourselves and those around us.
